At LIVIKON, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.


🕐 1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them — as we aim to process and dispatch quickly.

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.

💡 Tip: If you want to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting our support team.


🛒 2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, reach out to us via:

Include your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

We will confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation.


🚚 3. Already Shipped Orders

Once your order is shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery — but please note:

  • Refusing COD orders repeatedly may result in blacklisting or blocking COD option for your future orders.

  • Refunds will not be issued for prepaid orders that are refused post-dispatch unless the product was damaged or defective.


💰 4. Refund on Cancellation

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • COD orders, once cancelled on time, do not involve any financial refund.


⚠️ 5. Important Notes

  • Livikon reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or system failure. In such cases, full refunds will be issued (if applicable).

  • Promotional/limited-edition items may not be cancellable once confirmed.
