At LIVIKON, we’re committed to delivering your favorite health, wellness, and personal care products in the fastest and safest way possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.
🚚 1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metro cities, tier-2/3 towns, and remote regions via trusted courier partners.
📍 International shipping is currently not available.
⏱️ 2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days only).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
⏳ During high-sale periods or unforeseen delays, processing time may extend slightly, and we appreciate your patience.

💰 4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹499
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499
COD Orders: ₹50 additional COD fee (if applicable)

📦 5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:
A shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp
Tracking ID & link to monitor delivery in real-time
You can also track your order by logging in to your Livikon account or visiting the Order Tracking page.
🔄 6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt up to 2 deliveries. If the package remains undelivered, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
📞 In case of non-delivery, we’ll try to contact you via call/WhatsApp. Please ensure your phone number is active and reachable.
🛑 7. Wrong Address or Unreachable Customer
If the customer provides an incorrect/incomplete shipping address or is unreachable at the time of delivery, Livikon is not liable for delays or losses. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
📮 8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:
Refuse to accept the delivery
Immediately contact our support team with photos or videos
We’ll initiate a replacement or refund upon verification.
